Refund Policy
- Final Sale: All purchases of 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, and weekly meal plans are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for changes of mind or incorrect orders.
- Postponement Option: If you wish to postpone your start date, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, you will receive store credit for the full amount, which can be used to place another order with the correct delivery date.
- Monthly Package Refunds: Refunds for monthly packages purchased with a credit card, debit card, or e-transfer will be calculated based on the daily rate of the weekly package price. A $15 service and administration fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash Payments: All purchases made with cash for monthly orders are final sale.
- Meal Size Discrepancies: If the delivered meal is smaller than the originally ordered meal, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit for the difference. The amount will be issued as store credit.
Delivery Policy
- Daytime Delivery: Our delivery window is from 9 am to 2:30 pm, covering covering a wide range of areas including Downtown, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, East York, York University, Midtown, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Thornhill, Port Union, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Oakville, Milton, and Burlington. We strive to deliver your meals promptly within this timeframe.
- Evening Delivery: We provide evening delivery exclusively in Downtown Toronto, with a delivery window from 3 pm to 9:30 pm. Your convenience is our priority, and we strive to ensure timely delivery within this timeframe.
- Delivery Instructions: The delivery driver will adhere to the delivery instructions provided during checkout. If they are unable to reach you, they will attempt to leave the order at a suitable spot and inform you accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued if the delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability.
- Proof of Delivery: If you’ve chosen “leave at door,” our driver will follow your instructions and provide a photo as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for meals stolen after delivery.
- Upstairs Delivery: Available for an additional charge of ₹15 per day. This option must be purchased during checkout. If unavailable due to parking restrictions, a refund for the upstairs delivery option will be issued.
- Delivery Times: We cannot accommodate individual preferences for delivery times. You will receive a delivery notification on the day of delivery. While we aim for consistency, factors like traffic may cause fluctuations.
Skip/Pause Policy
- Short-term Plans: Skip/Pause option is not available for 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, and weekly meal plans.
- Monthly Orders: You can skip your meals up to 4 times with one day’s notice during operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM). For pausing, you can take 4 skips or 1 pause, but not both.
- Monthly Flex Plan: You can skip and pause your meal deliveries as many times as you want with one day’s notice during operating hours.
Discount Policy
- Combining Discounts: Our policy does not allow combining two discount codes. To use both discounts, place separate orders for future dates.
- Manual Discount Application: We cannot apply discount codes manually after the order is placed.
- Order Cancellation for Discounts: We can assist with order cancellation to apply a discount code. Applicable credit card processing fees will be deducted.
- Fraudulent Use of Discounts: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect fraudulent use of discount codes.
