Unfortunately, same-day delivery is not available. Please place your order by 12 AM (midnight) one day in advance for delivery the following day.
Our daytime delivery window is from 9 AM to 2:30 PM.
We offer evening delivery exclusively in Downtown Toronto between 3 PM – 9:30 PM.
While you can’t track the driver’s exact location due to multiple deliveries, you can monitor the delivery time range via the link in your delivery notification. Please note that this time range may update if the driver encounters traffic or delays.
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. You will receive a delivery notification once the driver begins their route, with a shorter time range for your location. Traffic and other factors may cause slight fluctuations, but we aim to deliver within the specified time frame.
Orders must be placed online. We accept all major credit cards except Amex. You can also pay via e-transfer to mealsdelish@gmail.com. Please note that payment must be made in advance; orders will be canceled if payment is not received.
For monthly orders, cash payment is available and must be made to the delivery driver on the first day of delivery. Please note that there are no refunds for cash payments.
Yes, meals are prepared fresh and delivered daily from Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends.
Certainly! For Large and Regular meal orders, you can substitute rice for 2 extra rotis or opt for no rotis in exchange for 2 portions of rice. This can be selected during the order process. Please note that substitutions are not available for other meal plans.
Yes! If you need to change your delivery address, please WhatsApp us at least one day in advance during our operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM). The updated address will be used for the next day’s delivery and become your default address. For future changes, notify us one day in advance before 9 PM. We cannot accommodate address changes after 9 PM.
Skip/Pause options are not available for 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, and weekly meal plans.
For monthly orders, you can skip up to 4 meals by notifying us one day in advance (9 AM to 9 PM). Pausing your meals is allowed once for a specific duration during the subscription. You can either take 4 skips or 1 pause, not both. For the Monthly Flex Plan, you can skip or pause deliveries as often as needed, with one day’s notice (9 AM to 9 PM). No changes can be made after 9 PM.
For weekly or monthly orders, if your current plan doesn’t suit your needs, let us know and we can adjust it accordingly. In case of a downgrade, the difference will be provided as store credit; no refunds will be issued.
Yes! Our kitchen prepares food for both daytime and evening deliveries at the same time. The food for evening delivery is cooled and refrigerated according to government food safety guidelines to ensure freshness until dispatch.
Certainly! If your delivery location is within downtown Toronto, you can adjust your delivery time slot as needed. Simply WhatsApp us one day in advance during operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM) to request the change. The new time slot will become your default for future deliveries. For further adjustments, notify us one day in advance before 9 PM. We cannot accommodate time slot changes after 9 PM.
